Believe with Intention
The process of intentionally altering your current beliefs and thought patterns is a process that involves intentionally and purposely replacing your outmoded negative beliefs and thoughts with positive beliefs and thoughts while truly believing and focusing intently on these positive replacements. Whenever you possess negative beliefs and thoughts, you must immediately dispute their validity and subsequently replace them with beliefs and thoughts that are constructive. For example, thoughts of non-deserving have no basis because no matter what negative experiences you had in the past, you do deserve a life of abundance and fulfillment.
Replace these negative thoughts of non-deserving with positive thoughts of deserving. Repeat this process as often as you need until they become habitual. This process of deliberately and intentionally replacing the negative beliefs and thoughts with positive beliefs and thoughts will eventually become habitual in nature until the negative beliefs and thoughts slowly start to give way to your positive beliefs and thoughts. But the process must be performed consistently, since it was through a consistently habitual process that the original thoughts were initially fostered. Anytime you allow even an ounce of negativity to rest in your mind, you are risking a loss in momentum and therefore a loss in your ability to achieve your goals. However through the process of mindfulness, your awareness will be heightened, thus making way for a life filled with rich new experiences.
